Supplement for husbands healing

My husband is recovering from a lopsided face (Bells Palsy) after experiencing a bad infection in his hand due to an injury. I researched vitamins and supplements to take that will aid in recovery - L-Lysine, MSM, Alpha Lipoic Acid, B Vitamins including Niacin, Folic Acid (as opposed to folate) and B 12 in the form of Methylcobalamin, a quality vitamin and flaxseed along with a quality multivitamin. Chiropractic adjustments and he recommended Vitamin D in a sublingual form as well. We are also using Castor Oil on a warm cloth as a compress twice daily to the affected area for about 20 minutes each time. I purchased all of these supplements at NHC after reading online that you are going to have better quality supplements from a health food store vs a grocery store. My husband's face immediately started showing improvement once we began the supplements, so we are hopeful for a full recovery.
