Flaxseed Oil and Primrose Oil Intended to be a Source of Omega Fatty Acids
Flax Seed-Primrose Oil Omega 3, 6, 9 EFA Complex from Source Naturals is intended to provide vegetable sources of essential fatty acids.
Flaxseed oil is a source of alpha-linolenic acid. ALA may be converted by the body into omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is used to help promote digestive health and to act as a laxative. It is also used to help promote the health of the skin.
Primrose oil contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) another essential fatty acid. Primrose oil is used to help decrease irritation and to help promote skin health.
Primrose oil is also used to promote the cardiovascular health and it is used by some women to promote the relief of menstrual pain and breast pain.
Recommended Use for Flax Seed-Primrose Oil Omega 3, 6, 9 EFA Complex
Adults may take 1 to 2 softgels twice per day with meals.
