Suggested Usage

Shake well before using.  Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 4 oz. of water or juice, two to four times per day. Best taken between meals.  Do not exceed recommended dose.

    Golden Thread

    I use Coptis for gastrointestinal disorders, as it contains 5-7% berberine. Dr. Michael Lebowitz asserts that Coptis not only acts as a monoamine oxidase inhibitor, but also inhibits cholinesterase and beta amyloids. Berberine, however, tastes bitter; I add the tincture to an empty capsule and swallow the capsule with a glass of water.
