    So far, helpful (B/P Stabili-T)

    When I first tried this out, I was only taking one capsule a day, then two. I didn't know if these were strong or not. When I didn't see much change, I took three, then the full suggested amount of four per day. After a few months, I began to see improvements of my borderline B/P while also incorporating lifestyle changes in my nutrition. So this supplement by itself isn't a magic pill but needs lifestyle changes too. Though not at the consistent ideal B/P yet, it is better than previously, and this supplement is like a bridge for me while I go through the weight loss process in trying to lower my B/P and avoid B/P meds.
