    The combination of these specific enzymes allows much more efficient means of quickly and thoroughly breaking down (hydrolyzing) proteins to smaller components.

    The enzymes in AFP Peptizyde work only on food proteins, not carbohydrates, fats, or other compounds, and do not interfere with medications or other supplements (unless they are also proteins, which is extremely unlikely). AFP Peptizyde may be used in combination with other enzyme products.

    AFP Peptizyde supplements the "normal" breakdown of casein, gluten, and other food proteins such that the exorphin peptides are not produced because the specific cleavage pattern to produce these peptides is altered.

    AFP Peptizyde also contains only those enzymes needed for protein hydrolysis. No other enzymes have been added. This allows you to customize enzyme supplementation to your specific needs.

    Suggested Usage

    Best protein-digestion enzyme product

    There are not many enzyme products that focus on protein digestion. Unlike others that hide their ingredients behind a proprietary formula, AFP Peptizyde lists its exact contents on the label. I am on a liquid diet due to health issues, and I mix the contents of one capsule with each "meal."

    I've been using this product for years and will continue to do so. I once emailed the company with a question, and the owner Dr. Devin Houston personally emailed me back!

    Excellent Product

    A number of years ago I was diagnosed with a gluten, dairy, and egg intolerance. My alternative practitioner suggested Houston Peptizyde, a high quality protease blend that is not sold in stores. I have been using it ever since. It really does work, like when I have take-out or go to a restaurant and can't always be sure of what's actually in the food, or cross-contamination when the same vat of oil is used for different deep-fried or breaded foods. Of course, there are occasional times when I crave a few bites of a fresh warm dinner roll right out of the oven, or a little dark chocolate mousse for dessert, or a delicious homemade omelet. This product keeps any discomfort at bay. I swear by it with every meal and haven't had a problem. Now if you are celiac or extremely allergic to dairy, egg, or other things that this product is designed for, then this may not be for you. For me, I swear by it with every meal and haven't had a problem. And like with all supplements, you should breeze it past your own practitioner or pharmacist in case there may be an interaction with any medications or homeopathic items you're taking.
