    Not just zinc

    I really like that this product contains both zinc and copper -- for more long term use so that you don't deplete yourself of copper while taking zinc. You get more than simply just zinc in this product!

    Zinc to strenthen your nails

    I know zinc works to strenthen my nails. when I forget to take my twice a day capsule, I develop ridges on my nails and then they begin to break (split). When I go back to regular twice a day dosage, symptoms reverse.

    I take few supplements on a regular basis, but I find one Zinc Picolinate 2x a day works for strengthening my nails.
