    Tasty

    This was actually quite a tasty lozenge. I like it and enjoy taking it everyday. I wonder about the bad review and if Nutrirional Frontiers has a quality department. I was forced to switch to this more pricey brand after there was a shortage in zinc supplements. This is my first experience with higher dose zinc lozenges and I was pleasantly surprised not to experience any nasty tastes. Zinc is a mineral so I was expecting a metallic flavor but no it tastes lemony while sweetened by Stevia. Hopefully, the bad review was a sensitive user and not a careless bad batch of zinc by Nutritional Frontiers.

    defective product

    This is a TERRIBLE product and I would advise against anyone using it! I have ordered many products of the years from Professional Supplements,spending many hundreds of dollars.The customer service had been fine.I have never purchased this brand of Zinc lozenges but when I opened the bottle it had a VERY BAD CHEMICAL SMELL.I took one lozenge and threw it back up after 10 mins and was very nauseous.I called the company to tell them about this issue and they placed the blame on me saying: ""You must be one of those sensitive ones!"" I DID NOT appreciate this response as I have been a loyal customer.I had only asked for a CREDIT not a refund,and they denied the credit. I will NO LONGER purchase from this company.This is poor customer service and I am surprised to have been treated this way.
