    Like the vitamins D and K, few Americans are able to obtain optimal amounts of iodine in their diet, especially as individuals seek to limit their salt intake. Sea-Iodine is included in this formula in order to provide iodine, without the negative effects of a high sodium diet.

    Suggested Usage

    Take one (1) capsule once daily with food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

    Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin, modified food starch, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, silica.

    Warnings

    Individuals consuming more than 2,000 IU/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels. If you have a thyroid condition or are taking antithyroid medications, do not use without consulting your healthcare practitioner. If you are taking anti-coagulant or anti-platelet medications, or have a bleeding disorder, consult with your healthcare provider before taking this product.

    Vit D good value

    I've used this product for a couple of years. It's kept my blood tests for Vit D in a good range. It's a good value and a good product

    Great supplement at a great price!

    I used to take my Vit D3 and Vitamin K separately, but this is so much more convenient and you get a comprehensive Vit K formula and the sea-iodine along with the 5,000 IU of Vit D3. Life Extension is a great company, too!
