    Perfect

    This is a great dose and easy to take. My blood tests show great improvement in my D level. I take this once per week with dinner. It also comes with a lot in the bottle, so I don't have to worry about reordering once a month or every two months.

    This only has to be taken once a week. That's important for me because I forget to take pills. I have a timer set for every Sunday evening, and that is when I take the 1 pill.

    I absolutely love this product. I have autoimmune diseases that require me to take large amounts of vitamin d and this capsule with 50,000 iu is perfect and I only have to take it once a week. The capsule is small and easy to swallow, which is a huge blessing.

    All the vitamin D in a bottle!

    I've suffered from Vitamin D deficiency for about 5 years and had been relying on 2000iu pills daily to keep normal levels. This high concentrated dose has been a life saver as I only have to take one pill a week and it keeps my Vitamin D levels normal. The capsule is also small and easy to swallow.

    Great value!

    I have been looking for a vitamin D supplement at this dosage for over a year and not needing a prescription. Even my prescription cost more than this many pills! I have taken this weekly for a month now and I have been in a much better mood. I have more energy and I'm less depressed! I recommend this to anyone and everyone with lack of energy and motivation.

    Fantastic Product!

    Zahler brand supplements are absolutely wonderful! They offer a generous amount of supplemental nutrition that works wonders, for a very reasonable price. I love the D3 supplements and only have to take them once weekly. Zahler is quickly becoming my new favorite brand!

    As someone with Multiple Sclerosis vitamin D3 is a part of my daily routine. I like that the capsule is small and easy to swallow comparer to other brands. The package comes with tamper proof film so I know it's safe.

    Boosts Vitamin D in the U.P.!

    As someone who lives in the Upper Peninsula of MI during the winters months, we have a lot of no sun days and shorter daylight hours and that can cause lose of Vitamin D, so it's important to me that my family takes a weekly supplement. This Vit D is great to take once a week for someone like me that has very low D levels. Helps improve mood and over health. I highly, highly recommend Zahler!

    Interesting capsules. I've not had capsules with Vitamin D3 50,000 IU before but I like how they are easy to swallow! They are much easier to swallow than gels. Each bottle contains 120 capsules which are approximately 3 month supply. Would recommend to someone needing D3 supplements.

    I would buy this product again.

    I have MS and have been taking high doses of Vitamin D3 for about two months. I noticed that I am moving better and that the bursitis in my shoulders doesn't hurt ant more.

    I take 1 capsule a week unless I feel a cold/flu coming on then I take 4 capsules, 4 times a day, for 4 days, only if needed. I never get sick. I have done it for years and years and it works GREAT!!! A natural MD doctor told me .I plan to always take the product.
