    Use in a general synergistic blend for insomnia

    A great general blend for insomnia that use this Vetiver oil for has the Formula
    2 drops of Vetiver
    3 drops of Clary-Sage
    1 drop of Valerian
    2 drops of Lavender
    Blend well . Use either 3 drops in bath or 2 drops in 1 teaspoon of a Base Oil
