Recommended Use:
Adults: Shake well before using. One (1) teaspoon (approx. 3 droppers) daily, up to three times daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. May also be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water as a delicious herbal tea. May also be taken undiluted, directly in the mouth.
