    Post Office says that they could not deliver because address is incorrect. It was correct.

    I like the product and have ordered it before however I paid $9.00 for 1-3 day shipping as it is a product that needs refrigeration. I did not receive it in 3 days so I began checking the tracking. It showed that the product left your business on January 22 but the next day it showed that it was sent to me on January 21. It also showed all of the different post offices around the country where it had been taken. On Friday 26 or Saturday 27th I checked the tracking which stated that 'due to the fact that an incorrect address had been used on the order, they were unable to deliver it'. I decided that I would call you on Monday. We checked our order again and it showed the correct address. We finally received it, showing the correct address on Sunday, January 28. I don't like having a refrigerated item to be in the mail for 5 extra days when I paid for 1-3 days and then having to PO stating wrong address.

    Excellent Probiotic

    I give this 4 stars, because it is pricey. Klair Labs will allow NHC to discount this product when they have their sale which helps price wise. It is a good probiotic. When I last ordered this product it came in a glass bottle, which is also good.

    Fixed My Problem

    I have had a vaginal discharge for a long time. I have also taken probiotics for years. My gynecologist recommended this. I was surprised but it really did clear up the discharge. I don't like the fact that it needs refrigerating (because of traveling with it) but I am happy with it.

    Good Product But Not Great

    This is a very good probiotic. It has numerous strains, but i do wish it had 100 billion CFU's rather than the 25 billion that is has in the product. 25 Billion is a maintenance dose.

    I feel wonderful!

    I was becoming more and more allergic to the foods I ate and my body was deteriorating before my eyes. I diagnosed myself with Leaky Gut Syndrome. I didn't understand it because I had always considered myself a healthy eater, I exercised and I rarely ate junk/processed foods, but I had been taking ibuprofen consistently for years after a car accident. After researching my myriad of issues and realizing that my gut microbiomes were way off was eye opening to say the least. I started taking a daily probiotic, eating all usda organic and fresh foods, no caffeine or alcohol and my system was magically transformed! I feel like a whole new person. My husband comments almost daily on my amazing transformation and it's motivating him and our son to be healthier.
