Super DHA Gems from Carlson is an Omega-3 supplement that contains contains 1000mg of fish oil concentrate from a special blend of Norwegian fish oils which provides 500mg of DHA (DocosaHexaenoic Acid) and 100mg of EPA (EicosaPentaenoic Acid) per softgel.
