    In addition, Sunflower Lecithin is naturally rich in Phosphatidyl Inositol, Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, and is a source of essential fatty acids. Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats, which enables them to be dispersed in water.*

    A great alternative for those who are sensitive to soy.

    Regular supplementation with lecithin is part of my long-term strategy to avoid alzheimers and mental deterioration. Since I can't use soy lecithin, which is the most available form of lecithin on the market, it's great to have this choice.

    I was looking for a non GMO/non soy lecithin supplement and I was so happy to find these. The caps are large, but have no flavor and easy to swallow. Overall I am happy with the brand. I do not recommend these for children or adults with difficulty swallowing just because the size is very large.
