    Suggested Usage

    Herb Pharm Schisandra Extract

    I just started taking Herb Pharm Schisandra Extract 3 weeks ago and the results are quite remarkable. I used to wake up 4/5 times a night, I am now sleeping through the night, I am also dreaming which means I achieve rem’s. Since no broken sleep, my exhaustion during the day is non-existent. I have also lost 5lbs without any change in my dietary habits. It does have a strong woodsy taste but is bearable. It is working great for me!
