What are SPMs?
SPMs, or specialized pro-resolving mediators, are the powerful inflammation-fighting metabolites found in omega-3 fatty acids. As their name suggests, SPMs don’t just suppress inflammation, they help actively resolve inflammation and return the body to balance. While SPMs can be manufactured, Resolvin uses an all natural, whole food source of SPMs: herring roe extract (aka caviar). Suggested Usage
Take 2 softgels with or without food as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
