    Psyllium husks were first used by Arab physicians during the middle ages for constipation. It has the unique ability to swell up to 50 times their natural volume when added to liquid. Since they have an amazing bulking capacity, Psyllium Husks are useful support in maintaining regularity and gastrointestinal health.*

    Suggested Usage

    Take 3 capsules with an 8 ounce glass of liquid, 2 to 3 times daily.

    Adds bulk

    I bought these to help lower my Cholesterol, and it did slightly in 3 months. Am continuing to take it hoping that the cholesterol will continue to go down. It has the added benefit of adding bulk to my diet. I bought the NOw brand because it is a brand that I like, and I know I can trust NHC with delivering real not counterfeit products
