    Suggested Usage

    For aromatherapy use. For other uses dilute with an organic carrier oil such as jojoba, olive or almond oil prior to use. Dilute 1-5 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.

    Potent Organic Peppermint Essential Oil

    I bought this organic food-grade peppermint essential oil so I could add a few drops to sparkling water for a refreshing wintery drink while on my diet. The oil is very potent, so I recommend only adding 1-2 drops to water, or to a carrier oil, if you're using it on your skin or in an aromatherapy diffuser. I put a few drops on my temples too, and it made my headache feel less overbearing. Also, the shipment arrived very quickly, which made my day!
