    Suggested Usage

    Use only as directed. Take 1 softgel up to twice daily, preferably with a glass of water.

    Quality product

    Have been using this particular product for a few years now. It definitely helps out with multitude of different digestive issues like bloating, gas, nausea, internal spasms and pains, upset stomach, diarrhea and even minor anxiety.
    A lot of gastroenterologists recommend taking it before meals to patients suffering from IBS & similar ailments.
    I like that it has other great ingredients mixed in with peppermint oil, Solaray is a well respected brand and NHC sells this at a very good price so definitely check this out!
