    Peppermint is one of the most useful and beloved essential oils. Refreshing, cooling, uplifting, and restoring, peppermint has a variety of therapeutic uses.

    Used extensively in both Eastern and Western medicine for everything from indigestion to diarrhea, headaches to tired feet, and toothaches to cramps. Peppermint is also a big favorite among the food industry, and can be found as a flavoring agent in gums, candy, ice cream, and pastries.

    However, peppermint really shines in aromatherapy, as its fresh, comforting scent soothes and relieves all sorts of ailments, both mental and physical.

    Energizing Blend: Add 1 drop each of peppermint oil and rosemary oil along with 2 drops of cinnamon oil to diffuser and enjoy.

    Suggested Usage

    For aromatherapy use. For all other uses, carefully dilute with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil prior to use. Please consult an essential oil book or other professional reference source for suggested dilution ratios.

    Great to keep mice away

    We use this to keep the field mice away.. we have tried everything.. they learn about traps, the sound thing doesnt work..lol but this and powder laundry detergent seems to keep them away

    Love the smell

    The smell is just amazing. And if I have a headache I'll just take a wiff of this and it's gone within a minute. I really do love NOW products. Majority of them are better than what is considered top brands.

    Better than the rest

    After trying approximately 7 peppermint essential oils, NOW brand is the clear winner. This is the only brand I have tried that smells ONLY of peppermint, a wonderfully fresh, clean, invigorating scent. I add it to all of my cleaning products and my home smells wonderful! Absolutely recommend this particular brand of peppermint essential oil.

    Love this product when I get a good batch, sometimes (rarely) the batch does not have enough Mint and smells a little off or rancid, otherwise it is my very favorite essential oil brand and scent!!! Love, love, love it anyways!!!

    Gets rid of mice

    I've recently learned that Peppermint Oil scares mice away. All you have to do it is put some Peppermint Oil from Now Foods, on cotton balls and put them around your house or wherever you seem to be having the mouse problem. They apparently hate the smell of peppermint! This is a much safer and more humane way to get rid of mice and makes the house smell great!

    So Refreshing!

    Love the smell of peppermint! Peppermint oil was great for getting rid of my headache. I applied a drop to a wet cotton ball and swiped each temple and within a minute the headache was gone.

    Super powerful mint flavor

    A little goes a very long way. My daughter and I are using this product to make wedding mints. We used l tsp in the first batch and are considering using just 1/2 tsp in the next batch. We think it will taste just as good. I also may use it to make baking powder into toothpowder.

    Peppermint Oil - Now Foods Brand

    I was disappointed to to learn after receiving my order to learn when I asked if it could be taken internally that it was for external use only. Therefore since I enjoy using a drop or two in my drinking water, I will not order this brand again.
