    Suggested Usage

    Recommended Use:
    Adults: Take 2 tablespoons, 2 to 3 times per day or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Oxy Plus can best be taken one hour before meals or 2 to 3 hours after meals.

    The taste is awful. The label lies.

    The tasre is awful and the label about its being delicious is false. I dont know about how good it works because I might as well be swallowing peroxide.

    Works for me!

    I take about 2 Tbsp twice a day which I worked up to and it really helps my attitude but also makes my mind a lot sharper. If you take too much it can give you a detox headache so start small quantities and work your way into what works for you.

    There is no hint of a berry or cherry flavor. Prefer the All in one brand which is not available at this time and the reason I had to find a replacement
    until it is available. Also too many emails from you which is a turn off.
