    Suggested Usage

    As a dietary supplement, adults take 3 capsules twice daily with a meal.

    This product contains NO wheat, gluten, soy, milk/dairy, sodium, artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring.

    Warnings

    Do not take this product if you are taking anticoagulant medicine (e.g., warfarin). Vitamin K interfers with warfarin.

    Excellent Product!

    I no longer have underlying pain in my hips or spine since taking Osteo-K. I feel stronger and more secure while walking, gardening and cleaning. I'm able to exercise more effectively and feel much more like myself. Thanks you, Dr. Neustadt!

    Gratitude

    I like and use this product because it is high quality and complete in what it contains. Instead of taking a fistful of supplements or medications, I take only Osteo-K and know my bones are getting what they need (along with a healthy diet, lots of walking, and quality sleep). And sure enough, even at age 74, my bones are getting stronger, making my doctor and me very happy indeed. Thank you, Dr. John, for this fine product.

    Great Product!!

    Improvement with Osteo K and Exercise!

    I have been taking Osteo K since about 2017. Shortly before that I broke my hip when I fell off a bicycle at age 49 and my DEXA showed that I had Osteopenia. My Naturopath recommended Osteo K. Two years later, my Osteopenia had progressed to Osteoporosis even though my husband and I went on 4-5 mile hikes about once a week. I was disappointed, but increased my exercise to include more frequent walks, balance exercises, and weights. My third DEXA was in October 2022. It showed that I had gone back into Osteopenia!!! Thanks for your help with my bone health!

    The component in this calcium supplement allows for absorption and makes a difference in managing bone loss.
    It was recommended to me by a nutritionist.

    Osteo K has improved my bone density by 6% in less than a year. I am 52 years old and have moderate osteoporosis. I am thankful for this product. I do not want to take prescription drugs for osteoporosis.

    No way to gage the effectiveness of this in one month

    So they asked me to write a review. Of a supplement I've been taking for one month for a condition that I've had for many years - osteopenia that finally evolved to osteoporosis - that my physician will retest in two years. Seriously????

    Amazing Results

    I had the beginning of osteo, arthritis and torn cartilage in my shoulder for 5 months, could not lift my elbow higher than shoulder. After two months of Osteo K with chondroitn/glucosamine, I could lift my elbow by ear (avoiding surgery) consitant pain was gone in back from osteo, ringing in ears subsided, pain was gone in elbow from arthritis, hips were no longer in pain from arthritis. Let me say I had been taking other brands of calcium prior too. Went off Osteo K for other brands and pains started returning. It is worth it.

    Added bone density in my tests

    I have been using Osteo K along with additional Vitamin D3 for several years now and it has improved my bone density in my hip. I get bone density tests every other year for Osteopenia. I highly recommend Osteo K.

    I have bought this product for years!

    I take 3 a day in the morning. Gained bone mass after the first 3 months. I was taking a ""Boniva"" type product & was about to go through dental surgery when my dentist recommended I take Osteo K. It worked almost immediately
