    Muscle Relax from Oregon’s Wild Harvest is an herbal supplement made from herbs that may promote relaxation, support a healthy nervous system, and offer temporary relief from occasional stress and frustration. This blend of herbs contains organic valerian root, skullcap tops, and hops.

    Valerian is a perennial plant native to Europe decorated with pink and white flowers that contains compounds such as alkaloids, gamma-Aminobutyric acid (GABA), and flavanones. Skullcap contains a number of flavones that may support a healthy immune system, cellular development, and a healthy gastrointestinal tract. Skullcap may also contain compounds that support a healthy cardiovascular system. Hops have a varied chemical composition in addition to water, cellulose, and proteins. While hops are commonly enjoyed in beer, hops also contains chemical compounds like alpha acids, beta acids, essential oils, and flavonoids may promote relaxation, and support a healthy immune and nervous system.

    Works well.

    I can't believe how well this product works for cramps, aches and migraines. The valerian root smells, but that's how you know it is a fresh herb.

    Tight Muscle and Bonus of Sleep Assist

    Had extremely tight shoulders, used Theragun which helped but didn’t completely do the job. Took some Muscke Relax at bedtime, woke up with tightness gone. Bonus - slept well - enough to have 2 different dreams I could recall which is highly unusual for me.

    Won’t go without!

    I have horrible jaw pain, to the point that I don’t want to eat or even talk because my jaw will be so painful. I have high anxiety and my muscles stay tense all the time. This works infinitely better than anything I have ever taken. I am so so thankful for the relief I’ve received from it!

    Highly recommended

    I have found that these small, easy to swallow capsules promote a very relaxed and sound sleep. They do what they do without the use of chemicals and other ingredients that an be disruptive to body systems. They have their effect by using all natural ingredients that work in harmony with the body without harmful side effects. Two capsules on retiring and you can wake up feeling refreshed and energized.

    Muscle Relax Worked for me

    After injuring my back from a fall, I tried many things and was suffering with back spasms for a couple of weeks. After beginning to take Oregon's Wild Harvest's Muscle Relax for just two days, I felt a ton of relief! I am sold and would recommend a friend to try this product - in fact I did and they felt relief too!
