Works well for taking in calcium. Just calcium wasn't doing much.

First Time Try
For older people who vary from needing to take calcium (for stronger bones), yet not too much (so not to increase risk of embedding in artery walls or increase risk of kidney stones)...I like the co-factors of Zinc, Magnesium and other calcium-utilizing (puts more in bone) nutrients. Again, none of the nutrients are in mega amounts and I use it every other day. I use to ward off muscle pain and this seems to be effective along w/ my Vit D (also every other day).
