    Methyl Folate Optimizer from NuMedica is a comprehensive formula designed to support optimal methylation and homocysteine levels. The 5-MTHF in this formula - Quatrefolic - is the most biologically active form of folate, allowing rapid uptake into the bloodstream.

    Vitamin B12 is also provided in its active form, methylcobalamin, to further support methylation and healthy homocysteine levels.     Contains all B vitamins

    Every time I try to find a cheaper B supplement that has both methylated Folate and B-12, plus Niacinamide and B-6, I never can find one - this brand has thought of everything, including BioPerine and AstraGin which increases absorption. So I fork over the money because B vitamins are important, and I have to respect their thoughtfulness in putting this product together. I still hate to spend the money though TBH.
