    A game changer !

    I play a fairly competitive recreational tennis and have started taking Meditate vitamins first thing in the morning before the games . I have noticed an improved concentration and greater energy combined with overall mood improvement ! A game changer for me ! Thank you and I highly recommend !

    Not for me

    It made my head almost feel numb and it carried over into the next day with only one capsule. I just wanted to close my eyes for the entire day after maybe it would work well for some people but there is no way I could take this regularly.

    Helps with sleep

    Grateful

    Company is empathetic to my experience in life and has been very supportive through my journey. I take this stuff at night and notice a more relaxed awareness to be. I would say it rolls over to the following day as well which isn't a bad thing.

    So far so good

    My Meditate Review

    Stress Free

    The stress in my life was affecting my well being. I have noticed that after taking Meditate I sleep much better clearer focus and don't feel as overwhelmed. Definitely has helped me considerably. There isn't any after taste and easy to swallow.

    Meditate is powerful

    Everyone is buying collagen I'm in my mid 60's better late than never hey?!So I looked for what is the best and chose CodeAge.Browsing thru their product lines I was intrigued when I saw Miditate....I had Learned recently how much stress I had been burying for years.So I felt it divine that this product exists and added it to my other items in the cart.This product relaxes me immensely calms my body and my mind then more easily follows now.     Calm in a bottle

    I have been taking these supplements for about a month now and I have definitely felt an improvement in my stress levels.     Medidate is perfect for me

    I tend to get stressed out a lot but since I've been taking the pills I have seen a positive change in my overall anxiety.I have noticed that my mind is more clear-headed. Overall I am calmer and I will definitely continue to stay on this product.

    It's a lifesaver…

    Great for sleeping without sleep aids

    Please try this before you rush to sleep aids or anti anxiety prescriptions. I no longer get up in the middle of the night with tachycardia. This helped me sleep infinitely better!!

    I felt the effect from day one

    I am so happy with the result of these pills and I am recommending these to anyone suffering from anxiety issues. I have GAD but these have had a nice calming effect fro the first day. Everyday problems do not affect me like before taking them. I can now cope with my anxieties when they strike. That's a great relief for me!

    Less anxiety without resorting to prescription-strength products

    Definitely has an effect!!

    The supplements and other products I was taking to manage my anxiety did upset my stomach and seem to make me feel a little groggy sometimes drowsy so I was reluctant to take meds and was looking out for something more natural. I’ve been using this product for 3 weeks and this has helped me overcome my anxieties. The pills help me relax and I will be ordering a second bottle for sure.
