    Great Source of Magnesium

    My naturopath recommended this product and I've been taking it for at least a year. I like that it has several forms of magnesium, but also, it does not give me loose stools like some of the other forms of magnesium I've taken. I've been recommending this to friends and family as well and those that started taking this are happy with it.

    Best comprehensive magnesium complex

    I have been taking this for years based on the recommendation by Just Ingredients. This magnesium supplement has multiple types vs just one type. It aids with sleep, digestion, overall stress levels and is my top choice for magnesium.

    I like the combination, but expensive and no mention of quantity of each type of magnesium

    Seems like a great product, however, it is expensive as would be $31.99 for one month. It does not state how much of each type of magnesium is contained in each capsule.

    I've been using this magnesium for about a year based on a recommendation from a well-known functional medicine doctor and I can't say enough good things about it! I almost instantly noticed a major improvement in my sleep, and because it is full spectrum I know it's also supporting my body in other ways.

    Love this magnesium!

    I've been taking the Magnesium Breakthrough pills for over a year now with no problems. I needed it because not only was I severely low on magnesium, but I suffer from anxiety and these pills helped with both issues! Highly recommend!

    Preferred Magnesium Supplement

    I’ve been using this for the past 6 months or so and love it! I take one capsule each night before bed and it helps me sleep. I love that it has all 7 forms of magnesium and no bad stuff in it and I’ve already recommended it to all of my family and friends!

    I would highly recommend this product.

    Great Magnesium Supplement

    This is the best magnesium capsule I’ve found in that it absorbs well which has eliminated my leg cramps completely. One issue I’ve found however is that these bottles often short the count by one capsule. I had noticed that when I filled my weekly pill box there would be one short. I figured I had made a mistake at first. Then I filled a months worth of daily pill boxes and found the bottles were indeed coming up one short. When I reached out to the vendor they gave me a bottle but would not answer the question about how often a bottle runs short a capsule. The product itself is excellent but that shorting the pill count with regularity is an issue.

    I’m buying Magnesium anyway

    I was already buying magnesium so even though this is pricey I put it into perspective. This has so many different types of mag whereas the gummies I was buying only had one. I need it for the cha cha’s so either way I’m buying mag. Might as well get more bang for my buck. I’m satisfied.

    Fascinatingly Powerful!

    I could tell this does what no other magnesium formula did. But it is subtle and short lived. "The Magnesium Miracle" book will tell you things that most scientists don't know, and can't reveal to you. That every cell in your body is controlled by magnesium and your ability to absorb 99% of the competitors to Pico-Ionic are nearly useless to support your mitochondria, which are our energy producers of ATP.

    Calmed my nervous system!

    A medical professional recommended the Bioptimizers brand of magnesium since I'm deficient in magnesium (and have an anxiety disorder) and I hadn't seen much benefit with other brands previously. I can definitely say that after being on these specific magnesium pills for more than a year now I am feeling more even and calm. Also, I buy these from Natural Healthy Concepts because they're less expensive than elsewhere!

    WORKS FOR ME!!!

    I have struggled with low magnesium for YEARS even having a seizure from the depletion. I averaged about 1.2 and 1.6--2.5 is normal. After 90 days taking this I am up to 1.6 and have had only one infusion during this time period. Previously I took 1600 mg of mag oxide a day and it remained at 1.0--1.2. WORKS FOR ME!!
