Lutein is a carotenoid vitamin related to beta-carotene and vitamin A, which may support healthy eyes. Lycopene may provide antioxidant support to a healthy immune system, and seeks to support beta-carotene. Flax seed is a food and fiber crop that contains omega-3 fatty acids that support healthy cellular development, and a healthy cardiovascular system.
