BodyBio Liquid Minerals provides a convenient way to take a dose of the essential minerals potassium, zinc, magnesium, chromium, manganese and molybdenum.

Suggested Usage
Shake well. Mix ¼ fl. oz. (7.5 mL) or pre-mix daily with your favorite juice, preferably orange or grapefruit or plain H2O.
Test yourself frequently (at least weekly) to determine current mineral status. If needed, add in 4 drops of #4, 3 drops of #8, and 3 drops of #9, using the individual E-Lyte Minerals bottles.
This formula is a convenient way of taking one dose of #1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. A change in taste may indicate your body's needs have changed - you should test yourself, in which you can use the BodyBio MTK Mineral Test Kit to determine which ones have changed. If you do not like one or more minerals - please stop taking the Pre-Mix and create a new mineral drink recipe using the individul Liquid Minerals according to your test results.
