    Liquid Calcium Magnesium from Integrative Therapeutics is intended to promote bone health with a blend of calcium, magnesium, and vitamin D.

    All of the nutrients contained in this supplement are nutrients that are used by the body to maintain the heath of bones.

    Calcium is the most abundant mineral in bones and is used in promoting bone strength and structure, while magnesium is a trace mineral that is also used in the composition of bone. Vitamin D may aid in the absorption of calcium in the digestive system and may help to support how calcium is used to build bone.

    The nutrients in this supplement may help to promote much more than bone health, however.

    Calcium may help to promote healthy muscle contraction and may support healthy brain function.

    Magnesium may also help to support brain and nerve function, while vitamin D may help to support the nervous system and immune system.

    This supplement is dairy-free. The fact that this is a liquid supplement offers flexibility for individualized dosing as well.

    I continue to buy this product over and over

    I give both my 3 year old and 8 year old children a dose of this each day. They have always been lactose intolerant and so I am worried that their bones wouldn't get enough nutrition from other food as we don't do dairy. They just had dr check-ups with calcium monitored through blood sample and both have great amounts of calcium so are not defiicent! yay. Easy to swallow for little kids and my kids pucker as a bit sour but love it anyway.

    Really works as our body matures

    My acupuncturist originally recommended this for better circulation and healthier legs and she was right. At least 3x a week I would take as recommended before bedtime and noticed a difference in how much better I felt in AM. The magnesium is good for circulation, calcium for bones. I also gave my Mother is late 90's due to meds and poorer circulation. One other benefit, even though I do try to consume more fiber, this definitely help with softer stools. I travel several times a month and being irregular can pull you down. I'm female in late 60's. This does work after all the other alternative OTC out there. After opening, you must refrigerate - so taking on the road not feasible

    Best calcium supplement out there!

    Need calcium in my diet for bone loss! Calcium tablets are huge and cause constipation! This liquid form of calcium and magnesium is easy to take, tastes great, and no problems with bloating or constipation! Would recommend to anyone needing extra calcium! Will be buying again definitely!

    Great product, tastes like creamsicles

    I take it at night before bed and find that I sleep better. I also notice that fingernails are stronger. Product does not make me nauseous like tablets do.

    Great Product - Great Company

    My mother has been taking Liquid Calcium Magnesium from Integrative Therapeutics for several years now. She loves the orange vanilla flavor and the thick consistency of the product.We have purchased this product from various suppliers over the years, but will stick with Natural Healthy Concepts from now on. They went out of their way to inform me of the expiration date of the bottles they had in stock. It expired in two months and we had ordered two bottles. They could have just shipped what I ordered and I wouldn't have known about the expiration date until after it arrived. Instead they did the right thing and contacted me first. And just when I thought their customer service couldn't get any better they outdid themselves once again. The brown slotted geami paper that so many companies have switched to, puts small cuts on my hands. When I mentioned this to them they flagged our account not to use the geami paper on our orders. Do you think I'll be ordering from them again? You better believe it. They're the greatest!
