    Suggested Usage

    Place drops under tongue 30 minutes before/after meals. Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 10 to 15 drops up to 3 times per day.

    For desensitization, begin with 1 to 5 drops daily, increasing to the standard dose gradually to avoid symptom expression; after 1 to 3 months at the standard dose, decrease gradually to a maintenance dose of 10 to 15 drops weekly.

    .I would buy this product again.

    I have a serious allergy to all types of dust, including paper dust and dust from blankets, etc. The allergy sets me into spasms of coughing. When I remember to take this allersode Before exposure, I have little to no reaction. If I take it after, it helps things to calm down.

    It put the allergies in check!

    I used it and got really good results and later added in the regional allergy nosode. I had severe nasal allergies since childhood and for the most part, I think these cover all seasonal/nasal allergy bases. I took the recommended dose for about a month and now only use it once a week for maintenance.
