"Two of the best, yet simplest ways to break down clots before they kill you at this time is with Kyolic Liquid (that you learned about this year) and the enzyme nattokinase. Remember, it is an enzyme derived from the fermentation of (non-GMO) soy proteins. But as with anything else, you get what you pay for since there is a huge difference in quality and efficacy from various manufacturers. At this point in time I feel that (Allergy Research Group) Nattokinase NSK-SD (and not just their plain Nattokinase) is the best. I would recommend two, twice a day preferably, but very importantly two hours away from any food before or after. The reason? You do not want the enzyme digesting your foods. Meanwhile, some of you already know you are in trouble.
