    I've been using this product for over 10 years!

    I take two capsules per day. One month before the beginning of school, I increase to 3 per day. Working around 10 year-old children has health risks with all the coughing and sneezing happening in the classroom. Since taking Coryza Forte, I have had fewer child-related illnesses. If I do feel something coming on, I increase the dosage to 4-6 capsules daily (doctor recommended). It really helps lessen the effects.
