    This salve is my go-to whenever I work out too hard and hurt tendons and joints--and I have to say I have done that way too much! It contains completely natural soothing oils and herbs, which makes it a little messy to use, but it is so effective to get rid of the pain and really speed healing. This is the 3rd jar I've purchased over the years I keep it on hand in the refrigerator to use as needed..
