    A Useful Product for Toxin Absorption

    Charcoal absorbs toxins from the gut. It's particularly useful if you're killing toxic organisms that have created infections, since it can help with Herxheimer (die-off) reactions. Take it between meals, though, as otherwise it can absorb nutrients from your food.

    Good Toxin-absorbing Product

    Activated Charcoal absorbs toxins from the gastrointestinal tract. It's best taken between meals, as you don't want it to absorb vitamins and other nutrients from the food you're eating. I've found that 2 capsules are usually enough to take care of maldigestion, which can be a problem if you're killing toxic fungi or bacteria.

    Detox & Whitens Teeth

    Not only does this help the body but it also is an excellent tooth whitener. A bit messy to get the charcoal out of the capsule. Put the charcoal powder in a small glass. Dip your wet toothbrush into powder and brush. Rinse well of course. You will notice whiter and brighter tooth enamel.
