    My body loves this product

    I have been taking another product similar to this for 5 years. I have a ""cold"" metabolism so systems run slow. I could tell how much active magnesium was being delivered by the next day with good elimination. Over the last year the other product doesn't work. I arrived on a Caribbean island and my host offered this product for sluggish elimination...1/2 tsp before bed 6 weeks ago. WHOA! I love this product! Excellent movement and at 62 I feel great!
