Recommended Use as an Antacid:
For adults and children four or more years of age: one to two teaspoons, as needed, every 2 to 4 hours between meals and at bedtime, or as directed by your health care professional.

Do not take more than 12 teaspoons (4 tablespoons) in a 24 hour period, or use the maximum antacid dosage of this product for more than 2 weeks except under the advice and supervision of a health care professional.
