    1000mg capsule, easy swallow & on stomach

    Capsule doesn't dissolve before getting it down. My blood test shows I'm low on vitamin C. The 1000mg capsule allows me to get double the usual 500mg tablet at 1 time.

    Buffered C has been the best C for me because I have acid reflux. My stomach doesn’t hurt when I take this as opposed to any other C product. Sometimes it has been hard to find, and I have had to resort to pills, capsules, gummies, and chewables, all of which give me painful stomachaches.

    Do you want to be calm and focused?

    Do you want to be anxious and distracted or... would you rather be calm and focused? L-theanine provides both calmness and focus on whatever level you need it without drowsiness. I swear by this particular brand.
    The L-theanine is an amino acid extracted from the tea plant and interestingly enough, it is particularly synergistic with hot tea (when I say hot tea, I mean black tea... sometimes called 'breakfast tea' here in the U.S.

    Doesn't bother my stomach and fixed my bruises

    I didn't realize how low I was on vitamin C until I had my doctor do a blood test. Despite her suggestion of taking 50 mg a day I decided to take 2000 mg a day and I'm feeling great and I'm no longer bruising. Prior to taking the vitamin C I had bruises appearing all over my arms and legs for no reason.
