Paleo Chia Pudding Recipe with Phat Fudge
(Serves 1-2)
Ingredients:
- 5 TB of chia seeds. Try NOW Foods Organic Chia Seeds, providing fiber and nutrients include B vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc.
- 1 cup cashew milk (or preferred)
- 1 packet of Phat Fudge
- 1 Freshly scraped vanilla bean pod
- 1 tbsp Manuka honey. Try YS Organic Bee Farms Raw Manuka Honey.
- 1 tbsp MCT oil. Try Barleans Organic Oils MCT Oil Coconut Flavor, Vegan Formula or vegetarian-safe Buried Treasure Coconut MCT Oil.
Directions:
Stir all the ingredients, pour into a mason jar and allow to rest overnight. Top with Phat Fudge, pistachios, and berries before eating. (Try NOW Foods Roasted Pistachios with Sea Salt.)
