    Create a soup that round worms, in your gut, will gladly swim away from.

    This is the strongest black walnut extract I have found. Many others are much weaker. I found it easy to take in my morning coffee. Consuming only pepitas as my breakfast food along with the spiked coffee then fasting for 6 hours is a satisfying and effective way to destroy those little buggers that are eating my food in my gut and leaving behind their excrement for me to deal with.
