    Good high-dose biotin, small capsules

    With biotin, even at high doses, it's hard to visibly see the results..results are slow to appear. That said, I'm pretty sure my fingernails are growing out to be a bit stronger, and a couple of friends have said that they think my hair looks a bit thicker, as well. I should do before and after photos, close-up, of my nails and hairline, and then take some a few months later.
