    I feel better already

    This B-12 is a superior ingredient- No cyanide like some of the other brands. Easy to use, put under my tongue every morning when I wake up for energy, wellbeing and helps my body regulate for sweet sleep at night. I don't eat a lot of meat so B-12 is a must for supplementation and my multivitamin does not have it in there.
