    The magnesium in this formula is derived from 1,600 to 2,000 meters below the Zechstein seabed in Europe. This magnesium is believed to have been untouched for up to 250 million years, which may make it the purest source of magnesium when compared to other sources of magnesium. Once applied to the body, magnesium seeks to support hundreds of enzymatic reactions in a healthy body. Many of these reactions occur within the skin and the tissue just below the surface of the body. Once absorbed into the body, magnesium may also support feelings of comfort and wellbeing in the mind, body, and gut.

    Very useful product

    I apply this to my feet and legs nightly for muscles cramps and find it helpful. It also moisturizes the skin well without being irritating like some magnesium lotions. It goes on easily. I rated it down one star because it goes so quickly for the price, which seems expensive.

    Relieves muscle pain and tension quickly

    Earlier this year I had a painful back spasm. I tried several different treatments and remedies to find relief, and this lotion was one of the best things I tried. This stuff brings real relief to any soreness, stiffness, muscle pain, in conjunction with other therapies such as hot baths, stretching, acupuncture, etc. It may not erase all pain but there is noticeable relief immediately upon application, and this stuff doesn't feel itchy or tight like magnesium oil, so you don't have to wash it off. It also works for muscle cramps and restless legs. The mineral source that Ancient Minerals uses seems to be one of the cleanest on earth.     Yes I would buy again

    Actually through research and through discussions found out that magnesium absorbed through the skin is the best way to get your magnesium. Soak also in Epson salts, feet , baths etc. So I recommend this product !!

    Yes, I would buy more, now I need to figure out how.

    I'm not really sure what I think as it is the first bottle of the lotion. It appears to me it is a help in taming down my restless leg syndrome at night. I need some more now to be sure.
